1. Good working culture. 2. Tech M will give you opportunities to perform a dynamic role if you have ability .4. People are quite supportive and easy going.

Dislikes

1. Have some extra privileges for women. 2. Pay Scale isn't good at all.3. Internal Tools n Systems are not that great or reliable 4. Tech M seems quite slow in Technology upgrade and skill development. 5. Top Management seems weak here who doesn't have any clear vision what they want to achieve.

It's average. Most of the times you don't have excess work but occasionally you are hard pressed at times basically during the appraisal cycle or during the most leave requests part of the year ( Diwali)
