Everything. Management pressurize advisors to complete secondary KPI and also pressurizes not to follow primary KPI if secondary KPI not met. No support from management Management is worst. HR will help you only when you complaint regarding them to CEO and top management

Worst company, If you ever have an option to select any one company from 2 , and you have tech mahindra as a option just Go with the other one. From HR to management and even now Its been more then Two months they are releasing my incentives, that is more then 30k sales incentives, They are just replying to email even after completing 30 days notice period, a Big Circle of politics

Worst company i have ever worked in. They literally not the company one should join. I would ever get a chance to do something about the company i first thing I would do is to make sure they never come up in the industry again. Worst management i have ever experienced. Their finance team are so clever that they thing people working in other departments are easy to be fooled they literally play with your hard earned money. I have no grudges against the employees working in the mid level it’s all the fu_kers who’s ruling the industry from above. The only thing that I liked about the job was offering of work from home. And the management then denies that they do not offer work from home. After considering your case as an exception they will allow Worf from home and then you have to suffer the system issues just like office systems every now and then.

Dislikes

Something is better then nothing. This was the punch line used by an recruiter to me at the time of lockdown. And past 2 years still regretting my decision of joining in the company.
