Being employed is the only like here.

Dislikes

Salary is always delayed, causing unnecessary financial stress. Work life balance is extremely poor with constant unpaid overtime. Night shift employees including women are denied basic facilities like cab services. No employee benefit policies like PF, health insurance, etc., when asked by employees for these facilities senior management says you can take it from market as company cannot provide any such facility at this point. Senior Management team lacks professionalism and vision. Worse, there is clear favoritism with management seemingly obsessed with certain female employees, which creates an uncomfortable and biased work environment Top management is turning company into a shop culture prioritizing their personal gains above employees....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
