TCS provide excellent Job security compares to the other organization. Career growth and opportunities are highly perspective to the projects.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Amid Job securities,the organization has one of the worst project managements. You have to wage a huge war and face a great amount of ordeal to get a release from the project, promotions and salary increments.

How soon should I say I'm not joining the org.

I have offer from 3 orgs 1. Deloitte 2. Thoughtworks 3. TCS Decided to join Deloitte on March 05, which is the DoJ of other two as well. I wanted to know when is the right time to inform tcs and thoughtworks that I'm not joining their orgs, and what's the best reason to give? I wanted to have a backup offer if in worst case deloittes offer messes up.
