There you can have job security, good culture and good learning experience, TCS provides Udemy and Linkden learning access to his all employees, we can enroll any course on them totally free, you can have Azure certifications free of cost, it is up to you how much benefit you can take from TCS.

Dislikes

There are some things which I don't like in TCS, they give very low appraisal yearly, they never fired anyone which makes people feel like government jobs that's why some people don't work on time, this burden goes to those people who do their work honestly.

Got Offer from TCS!

Hello, I got 32L CTC offer from TCS as an IAM associate consultant. Is it a good package considering I have 10.9 years of experience and in IAM 3.6 years? Rest of the experience is in dot net. Also, TCS is considering 10.2 experience only as some process on their side. Please share your thoughts on the offered package and the experience part. Thank you in advance.
