TCS is known for a work culture where everyone is like a member of the family." Personal growth as the reason: "I want to join TCS because I believe the company can provide me with a challenging and enriching environment. It will help me have a positive career progression."

Dislikes

I worked at TCS for about 10 years. There's not really room for advancement. The company culture is to say "yes" to the customer then provide them with substandard product, then tell them that you overdelivere. It is easy to get lost in the giant company and grow stagnate.
