My colleagues help me to find solutions to my work problems. Easy to get leaves for holidays. If you do not have a current project then the organization will pay you full salary for 3 months, after that if you do not have a project then you will get only basic salary but your job will not go.

I have been working as a designer in a department for the last 3 years and 5 months, there is no other designer except me and my manager. Even after we worked on 5 to 6 projects and that's successfully done, still I did not get any increment. They do not pay the employees for the work they have done. There is a sluggish increment which causes the employees to be depressed and leave the company in frustration....Read More

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
