Office hours are flexible.

Dislikes

Appraisal system is very corrupted. Only favouritism flourish. Culture is about favouritism and politics. One cannot be a expert as project will allocate resources as per availablity, not as per the resources skills & strength. Not a suitable place for talented and hardworking associates. HR has no power or value. Age old process, fake & valueless trainings. Salary will grow like peanuts even if company pay dividends and high salary hike to top executives. Even your variable salary will be cut to 50% even if company is performing better than market expectation. So many more.....Read More

Career switch from PWC to TCS

Hi guys I am working in PwC India for almost 2 years. And a overall total experience of 6+ year.my Tech stack is Power BI,SQL,Power apps etc I got a call from TCS for a related position My current CTC is 13 LPA How much hike can I expect in TCS ? And also does TCS provide joining letter quickly as I have heard that they often delay it ? And how is TCS currently for work and job security currently ?
