Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

TCS hiring process has a huge flaw as they're not bothered about the skills that we posses and align us in a project of their requirement. In my case I was into Hyper-V, IIS, VMware deployment but the project in which I am working has 90% compliance activities. Also they don't release us for relevant project for years and hence employees end up in resigning from the organisation. Management and leads do not value the genuine job we do. Appraisal cycle has lot of politics involved where they rate you as per their perceptions without any one to one discussions. Financial growth is too slow. HR too is not bothered about the employees concerns and considers management decisions as final....Read More

My work life at TCS is pathetic since I'm not getting recognised for genuine job that I do and the level of dedication I show towards my work. The attitude of leads and management is poor and pulling my morale down. I am having mental stress due to same.
