There is no right appraisal hard work doesn’t get recognised.Only manager gulam had a choice to grow in the organisation.No proper response from Hr,Frankly speaking in a span of 3 years I don’t even had any hr meet to know my concerns nor they introduce them self.I still doesn’t know my hr who is till date as they frequently get changed.
