Tcs provides much offers to learn technology. seperate learning portal,virtual class rooms available but saddest part was that we could not make time to learn and improve ourselves due to daily project work.

Dislikes

Join as TCS Permanent-regular employee else leave this chance to work as contract/BA employee. Policy says there is an equal opportunity provided to their employees but still there is a restriction where BA/contract employees cannot use most of tcs features.

How soon should I say I'm not joining the org.

I have offer from 3 orgs 1. Deloitte 2. Thoughtworks 3. TCS Decided to join Deloitte on March 05, which is the DoJ of other two as well. I wanted to know when is the right time to inform tcs and thoughtworks that I'm not joining their orgs, and what's the best reason to give? I wanted to have a backup offer if in worst case deloittes offer messes up.
