Learning curve is exponential as TCS has good projects.

Dislikes

Too much process oriented. I was in a domestic project and manager does not release TCS employee from project easily. If an employee resigns, manager would prefer to let the employee go rather release the employee and get project of his/her choice. (This experience could be only for the project wherein I was tagged)

Overall it is a very good company. As a fresher or technical person it all depends on which project you are going to be tagged.
