The things i have mentioned are about TCS BPO. The two best things: first is job security and second is health insurance. there are few more things which are good like open door policy and no formal english honorific address for men and women.

Dislikes

Working environment is worst. Office politics, worst management skills. Management people are not concerned about their employees. The only things they are concerned about is their clients.
