Got Offer from TCS!

Hello, I got 32L CTC offer from TCS as an IAM associate consultant. Is it a good package considering I have 10.9 years of experience and in IAM 3.6 years? Rest of the experience is in dot net. Also, TCS is considering 10.2 experience only as some process on their side. Please share your thoughts on the offered package and the experience part. Thank you in advance.

TCS is good for people ending towards retirement. Full work life balance but no good hike.

Dislikes

TCS does not provide growth. TCS does not remember you after joining. Lot of competition within team, who can clean manager boot better. As no other option to grow.

This is the great company to work for . TCS is the best example and safest place in the earth interms of job security . We are never feared about our job loss . Work wise the best thing to work in one of the latest technology in SAP so learning day by day to sitting work from home .
