Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Last week, I cracked my all round very well and then they started documentation work mentioning required clients role matches 100% with you so we don't want to delay. And at last they just said we can give only 10-15% hike on ur current CTC even after mentioning initially that i want around 80% depending on the interview. They neverdenied to my offer from 1st call. But this much reputed co. And giving 10% hike was never accepted mentioning for this much experience we give only this. They should look for talent and quality of candidate rather than just experience and their policy....Read More
