Likes

Working at Tata Consultancy Services Ltd is really good for women career development. They are really supportive and the work life balance is amazing. The company offers many benefits in favour of the employees and it's a wonderful place to work at. Learning will be at a higher pace.

Sometimes, it's a bit tough to understand the organisational structure and the reporting hierarchy.

Work Details

Work life at TCS, gives us a balance between work and family time. Work from home due to Covid. No over stressful job, if worked at pace with consistency. Supports cross skilling through trainings. With many learning platforms, good to explore

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

How soon should I say I'm not joining the org.

I have offer from 3 orgs 1. Deloitte 2. Thoughtworks 3. TCS Decided to join Deloitte on March 05, which is the DoJ of other two as well. I wanted to know when is the right time to inform tcs and thoughtworks that I'm not joining their orgs, and what's the best reason to give? I wanted to have a backup offer if in worst case deloittes offer messes up.
