Too many restrictions on the workplace. Eg: Not allowed to take photos within campus etc. Mandatory & compliance courses cut off is so high that usually an employee takes more than 2 attempts to clear even simple compliance trainings Intra-portal for employees 'ultimatix' is often on maintenance Any update in the employee intra portal takes upto 48hrs to reflect Its mandatory to have premium health plan for every employee irrespective of employee age...Read More

Work policy: It depends more on the project. Few folks follow 8 days per month. Few follow 3 days/week. Few projects allow WFH untill workplace is built from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
