Never join TCS as a fresher. I joined in 2016 as a fresher in Nagpur, the yearly hikes are abysmal, the growth opportunities are limited. There are a lot of Complexities in the policies and they keep changing (or so I was told). This is a great company but your experience depends upon the project you have been allocated to, if you ever have to join please try to get in touch with people working in the project you have been allocated to. My overall experience was average at best....Read More
