Everything is good except below mentioned two issue.

Dislikes

1)Health insurance policy becoming worse year after year because insurance company putting limit on particular disease. 2) yearly hike is very bad, TCS is growing but employee income getting down. TCS should give hike to their employee atleast employee can meet yearly inflation. If TCS tackle this two issue of employee it really becomes best company in India.

There are some 24*7 process .where u don't have a fixed week off .some times u have to manage 11 12 hours shift also.otherwise it's good enough.
