The salary and promotion structure of this company is like a government job. Until you have completed this amount of years in a single designation, you are not eligible for promotion. It makes no sense even if you have been the best performer and have been an immensely valuable component to the organisation. HRs are pretty slow to respond. They have no concrete information to give. They say vague things and you will really end up not expecting anything useful from them....Read More
