Likes

Colleague Faculties are very good but the front office staff especially of konnagar and howrah are very bad.

Dislikes

the management is very bad. they only want the money from their students they are not interested in giving better services.Day by day the situation is getting worse.They are not providing the proper certificates to the students also.Once a student paid the full fees they show no responsibility to those students.The counselling team and the management team always make fake promises to the students.

Work Details

Irritating. bad management and front office staffs makes the work life boring and irritating.No facilities provided to their employees.If any employee seeks for leave he or she is not going to get that easily.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Got Offer from TCS!

Hello, I got 32L CTC offer from TCS as an IAM associate consultant. Is it a good package considering I have 10.9 years of experience and in IAM 3.6 years? Rest of the experience is in dot net. Also, TCS is considering 10.2 experience only as some process on their side. Please share your thoughts on the offered package and the experience part. Thank you in advance.
