Got Offer from TCS!

Hello, I got 32L CTC offer from TCS as an IAM associate consultant. Is it a good package considering I have 10.9 years of experience and in IAM 3.6 years? Rest of the experience is in dot net. Also, TCS is considering 10.2 experience only as some process on their side. Please share your thoughts on the offered package and the experience part. Thank you in advance.

Try not to get into TCS at the start of your career, instead go to any other MNC with same salary but not TCS. Because you won't learn anything, u will just enjoy the free life there, and less salary. Only get in if u don't have any other offer at the start of the career.
