There is no job security and its very difficult ot change technology or get release from project incase you want to switch to other profile. HR and Managers are very rude and bad and they dont at all care about employees. They dont care about your life or career at all.

Dislikes

NO job security, very rude and adamant HR's and Managers. they are very cunning and dont care about your life or career. you cant even take sick leave sometimes on your will. there is no hike and peanuts only in name of increment. your career is ruined if you join TCS.
