Toxic environment work culture, no one understands your problem they will throw you out. HR are pathetic never helped or listened. Worst company company doesn't care about you or your problem. So it's better to leave before it's too late and it's impacted your health and career.

One of the best companies you can work with for the rest of your life. Talking about retirement from an organisation.

The negetive point which I am going to mention is not valid for people working there & decided that they will not change there organization until there retirement. So the thing is TCS will give you a hike of 30 to 50% on top of your last drawn as long as you can show a valid document, while joining. After which your salary keep increasing with every aprisal, no matter which position you're working on. Now why am I writing this as a negetive point! Here comes the twist. If you are working at an entry level & you try to change your organization, you will not get that salary from any other company for that kind of role. The biggest problem in TCS is they will keep increasing your salary however without giving you any promotion. So now you're sort of stuck with a high salary & without any higher level experience. After I resigned from TCS & started searching for other jobs, I realised that I have a salary of assistant manager or rigional manager. However I have experience of an senior associate only. It's very very hard to find a job after leaving TCS. If you have stayed there for long. In other companies they have capping system where your salary cannot increase after a certain limit no matter how hard you try, until you get a promotion. I know that is sort of a negative thing but it forces people to go back and work on themselves to get a promotion at every cost or change the company at the right time. That doesn't happen in TCS.
