Nothing to like except benching policy.

Not recommended for freshers as the pay is very less and there is no such thing like work culture or appraisals. Aprraisals are so minimal that you won't even notice in the salary. I have seen many freshers who working got job through college placement at below 3 LPA in tier 2 cities and working hard getting A Band in appraisal cycles but not getting promoted to next band.
