Good Appraisal rating only if you spend in one project more than 3 years, with good work. In first two years dont expect to get good rating though you have done hard work, it also depends on the person you are working with.

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
