Dislikes

•Uncertainty on project allocation. •Yearly/Promotion Hike will not make much difference. •Less remuneration (those who joined after you will earn better compensation at TCS).

The management is really good. Each and every employee is having polite and friendly behaviour and that really helps to grow specially for fresher employees.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike about, but the only problem is as a fresher you will get allocated to any kind of project, sometimes without your consent. My personal experience - I have completed CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) course and I wanted to work in cyber security related project for my professional growth but never had a chance to change my project.

Pros - job security, learning and development, work life balance, environment is great, Cons - salary is comparable very less, random work location and project allocation, long hierarchy process (like in project release, change location),
