In TCS everything is in manager control. Company policies are good but we should be lucky to work in a good account/project where account manager gives support as per policy.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Appraisal and promotion process is not defined properly in policies so some managers take advantage of this. They do whatever they like.

How soon should I say I'm not joining the org.

I have offer from 3 orgs 1. Deloitte 2. Thoughtworks 3. TCS Decided to join Deloitte on March 05, which is the DoJ of other two as well. I wanted to know when is the right time to inform tcs and thoughtworks that I'm not joining their orgs, and what's the best reason to give? I wanted to have a backup offer if in worst case deloittes offer messes up.
