Very good company to work with, work life balance is good. But the only issue is the promotion and hike each year. With the hike pattern that they have you will not be available to work for long periods of time.

I am sure TCS is good however TCS Kolkata is having worst management and HR ever. Management favours HR and vice versa

It was a nice experience to work with TCS as a Project Executive (Finance). Work culture is excellent. The only problem is with the compensation package.

Dislikes

I never disliked while working with TCS. It would be great if they would increase the pay package.

It was very challenging initially but with tremendous amount of support I succeeded and enjoyed my work with full satisfaction of the management.
