Job security is better than most of the companies..

Dislikes

No opportunity for growth. No matter how good you are with your skills,they will put you in a project where they need a filler. No growth at all in terms of salary. Nobody is sure about their promotions.

Got Offer from TCS!

Hello, I got 32L CTC offer from TCS as an IAM associate consultant. Is it a good package considering I have 10.9 years of experience and in IAM 3.6 years? Rest of the experience is in dot net. Also, TCS is considering 10.2 experience only as some process on their side. Please share your thoughts on the offered package and the experience part. Thank you in advance.
