The work life balance is good.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

They didn't gives you work according to your skill and not even use them too. I mostly gives you the support work so that you not able to move . It's a TRAP by them. Even by doing your best they will give you a little amount of salary after a year. The hike % is very less and the opportunity is also waste of time. I will suggest as a fresher don't try to join TCS .

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

How soon should I say I'm not joining the org.

I have offer from 3 orgs 1. Deloitte 2. Thoughtworks 3. TCS Decided to join Deloitte on March 05, which is the DoJ of other two as well. I wanted to know when is the right time to inform tcs and thoughtworks that I'm not joining their orgs, and what's the best reason to give? I wanted to have a backup offer if in worst case deloittes offer messes up.
