Life is stagnant at TCS. Nobody cares about your career. It is filled with politics. Good for people who want average salary and stable work life. I would never recommend for People who have aspirations and goals for their career and believe in personal and professional growth.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Always projects are short staffed, they make you work for three four resources alone. Many people have left the organisation and it is visible in the teams. It is like a war among teams to pull each other down. Politics of management making employees suffocate if they tried to maintain a boundary. No salary growth. Hardly 5 to 6% growth in one year. They don't give opportunities unless they get some benefits out of you. Or management will leave you to feel stagnant and useless and you yourself quit ....Read More

a system engineer

Any HR over here can confirm?

Hey all Coming to the issue I worked in one of the MNC for 11-13 days during my initial career and left the company due to some health issues and they asked me to pay around 40k which I didn't pay at that time and PF account didn't create and a sum of 8 k credited for the working days. As I have joined another organisation and worked for several years and last year I want to move to the previous organisation which I left but all happened smoothly untill HR round and HR didn't ask me about my previous employment with that organization and I haven't informed as I have already mentioned in application form But HR called and said due to company policies they are not proceeding further and asked me to be clear in the HR round itself and can apply after 6 months. So I'm planning to apply in the next few months so will there be any negative impact or not
