Likes

Flexible work timings, good amount of leaves and good infrastructure and facilities.

Skill development - Good
Job security - Excellent
Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Compensation is the worst, management not good, no bonuses for entry or mid level employees. Appraisal is poor. Long working hours without any overtime payment.

Salary - Bad
Promotions - Poor
Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

Good learning opportunity, but tremendous work load. Management expects employees to work 10-12 hrs a day without any extra compensation.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Help to Understand

I have below 2 offers. which one to join. Need some guidance. 1. Luxoft - 32 fixed lpa. WFH. 1 lac joining bonus. 2. TCS - 31 fixed . over all ctc - 36. no WFH. 2 lac joining bonus (temporarily hybrid 3 days in client location which is near to my place till the time assigned to same project)
