The only like is the job security.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Many things. I won't be able to list them all due to character limit. :P Pathetic work culture. Pathetic environment. Person, a grade ahead to you will treat you like a slave, this includes entire management, HRs, facility staff, even security guys. They treat associates pathetically. You have to fight for everything, be it a half day leave, 1 day leave, festival leave, planned leave, transport, food and the list goes on. HRs aren't approachable at all and most of the time they won't be available. If you're coming to TCS be ready to cry everyday. They trouble you and make you run here n there even more once you resign. There is no humanity in TCS. It's thousand times better to work in a start up than working in TCS....Read More

Got Offer from TCS!

Hello, I got 32L CTC offer from TCS as an IAM associate consultant. Is it a good package considering I have 10.9 years of experience and in IAM 3.6 years? Rest of the experience is in dot net. Also, TCS is considering 10.2 experience only as some process on their side. Please share your thoughts on the offered package and the experience part. Thank you in advance.
