I was working in Tcs on Tata business solutions services. Their is partiality for vendor and payroll jobs. Their is no benefits for vendor staff and job duration was 10 hours and after doing OT they don't provide OT in salary.lack of skill in my process

Tcs were far from station their lack of bus transport and has work pressure need to work for 11 hour
