The Job security is good .Personal and professional growth is taken care of.If lucky enough to get in a project with onsite opportunity inadequate Company Appraisal/Perks do not make a difference

Got Offer from TCS!

Hello, I got 32L CTC offer from TCS as an IAM associate consultant. Is it a good package considering I have 10.9 years of experience and in IAM 3.6 years? Rest of the experience is in dot net. Also, TCS is considering 10.2 experience only as some process on their side. Please share your thoughts on the offered package and the experience part. Thank you in advance.
