My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. Being a person of technology aspirant I would love to learn more and more newer and advanced technologies which I could able to accomplish to some extent by the training's provided by TCS.

Except training nothing is not up to the mark.Policy implementation to the reality is very much far. No support for career/technology switch ,one has undergo many complications to switch career path but eventually most of the times 90% is a failed attempt.No proper recognition for the work done by the middle management.
