Policy of being too much of employee friendly due to which every alternate employee is thinking of taking undue advantage and not work. This is adding a lot of pressure on overall ecosystem. Additionally, low salariesof tenured employees is not corrected proactively and only upon resignations this is being considered. Poor increments which does not match up with the inflation.
