When you have a "Talent pool" of about 4 lakh plus, there isnt much you can do to stand out of the crowd. However, the firm has a good number of Service based projects in all IT domains like Application maintenance, Development, Testing, Support etc. Work life balance is of the same level that you get out of any service based company. I would personally, rate it as 'Good'. Management here is something I have a quite contrasting view on, compared to what it is mostly thought of outside the firm. Dislikes

Nothing to dislike in particular, just a message for the reader to get some time off for yourself to make use of various employee benefits that TCS has to offer. They are competetive. Dont expect Management to walk you through all company benefits, which they will never do.
