It's been a year and I haven't found anything to like about in TCS yet.

Dislikes

As a fresher if you are going to join TCS, it's really a bad idea, even if they are offering you a digital role. Don't join TCS unless you are being offered Prime role. TCS is no more the company it used to be. Fresh Digital candidates are being assigned to inferior projects that destroys profile and domains of the candidates.

TCS is a great company. In any company, what matters is, the kind of a person your boss is. For me most of my manager where incompetent, because of which the projects were always under the gun. According to company, if a person wants to change a project he can do so after two years, that is company policy. But most of the managers will not let you do that.

Dislikes

Importance is given to experience rather than correctness and logic.

Hectic, as people will pull you back rather than pushing themselves up.
