Railways is Govt organisation, working culture is systematic and employees work as team, feel ownership. But in TATA Aldesajv JV group is under the control of Private Company. Higher Authority are not fair and Honest. Lot of Malpractices, corrupt have captured company. employee are being exploited badly being unorganised.

Skill development - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

In Railway working every thing is transparent and in system and under Rules whereas TATAJV group is contractor and Totally private company, where no rules and system. Every where there is dishonesty and corrupt practice at every level.

In Railway. I was Senior mechanical engineer dealing with maintenance and repairs of train, wagons, coaches, safety of train operations, In TATA Aldesajv group project, I was looking after the maintenance of rolling stocks. Good Train rakes, Safety,.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
