The bosses are very cooperative. They help their employees at every stage. Although, there are very low chances of personal growth but there are lot to learn and to meet new people and increase our network.

Salary - Good
Job security - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Less chances of personal growth and also increment is not as per standards.

Promotions - Poor

Work Details

I was responsible to keep track of the sales target and arrange meetings with the customers. Train new salesman and assign duties to them.

Work timings: Flexible Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
