Top level management is good but not trustworthy. Transport facility is good.

Only hard work, no smart work. No skill development. No growth. No job security, they can terminate an employee any time. Human CCTVs are made available here for spreading rumour and blandishing. No work for the real development of the students, only show off with photos n videos. Even staff members love to gossip about management and other members. No handsome salary. Promotion is only possible if you sugar coat the management and middle level staff. Even if you are skillful n knowledgeable, no chances of promotion of you don't sugarcoat. Partial behaviour towards staff. Boring assembly. Principal SK Maharana is the dumbest creature there. Doing nothing noteworthy for the school. Simply a mere puppet. Useless staff meetings and training sessions. Dining Hall food is also unhygienic. They serve nothing healthy. Less classrooms. Even classrooms are made in dining hall which creates all the disturbances. Worst sanitary system. Day school teachers are unskilled and rigid....Read More
