Hi myself Vijay I am the ex employee of this organization. The reason why I am posting this review is because they did very wrong with Me. I have joined this company in September as Restaurant Manager September month got over I was ill and I got to know that I have a problem of kidney stone the pain of a kidney stone is very bad so I took off I have informed and on the next day I took off without Informing cause my pain was very and I got message and I replied and they were ok with that and on the same evening they send me warning letter evening after replying that i couldn't inform due to pain and I was taking rest after this warning letter and within 24 hours they send me termination letter without asking what happened to me and all they directly send me the termination letter and this is not acceptable in every company there will be 3 warnings even after the employee is not adequate they will terminate the employee but here in this organization they give warning letter for the person is not well and within 24hrs they will give termination and after the termination they said they won't clear my salary and this was at night they didn't clear my salary they didn't make me stay in their accommodation at night it was heavily raining where can I go cause I was not having a single rupee with me they removed me I was working In andaman this company hired I have came all the way from andaman bared nearly around 30k for my travel expense to see this kind of insult and sudden terminate which has no proper reason no staff can work here in this organization no benefits in the company not even basic benefits they will give assurance that staff will get every benefits but they won't provide kindly think twice before joining to this company. till I won't get my salary I will keep posting reviews and and I will go the labour court for my justice cause i have all the proof . whatever happend with me this can happend with you also kindly think twice...Read More
