However all the companies desire to rule with huge profits and wants to gain lots of achievements in their working field but the success and achievement or victories depends on the good team work, good relations with employees but tahalof employees don't respect each other so daily fighting in office and accommodation. 'Now training' before joining tahalof promises to give training and all but once you join the company they regret to train and forces pressurize employees to complete the task like tahalof train 25% percent and demands 100% results. Next job security is good for company once you join tahalof you wish to die for escape from this company. Career growth is 50% good with lot of frustration. Salaries are very very poor hate to talk about. Travel hate to talk about its very cheap. Politics around 90% with staff and management both. Learning n work environment is 40% .
