1. Peanuts for Pay- Majority of employees receive 1% to 4.87% increments, far below market standards. Only higher ups get the better of hikes and bonuses. 2. Favoritism Culture - Promotions, role changes, and pay hikes are driven by connection and hardly by competence. 3. Promotion Scam- Climbing the ladder gets you a title, not money- average promotion increment just ~8%. 4. Pay Gap Disaster- Huge pay disparity of up to 70% between employees of same grade. 5. Reverse Salary structure - Lower grade employees might earn up to 50% more than their immediate senior grade. 6. Depends upon the project. It's a German company looking to move major projects from Europe to India as to save money.

Dislikes

Same , project moving from Europe to India and employees over there are not happy about this. So even a small mistake leads to escalation and then u r put on bench and then terminated. No security.
