They conducted two rounds of interviews, and I cleared both, but I have received no response since then. Despite calling multiple times, there has been no reply. The HR team has been very unprofessional. Initially, they informed me that I was selected, but after that, there has been no communication

My journey with Syren in the past year has been amazing. I had many other options, but I chose Syren because it was a startup. This gave me more visibility and recognition from the top management, unlike in big MNCs where I was just one of many. I got promoted from lead to delivery manager in a few months and handling four projects.I also enjoyed the balance of technical and leadership roles, as I was involved in both design and coordination with the clients and team management within Syren. My managers were very supportive and encouraging. They rewarded me well for my hard work and honesty. Few Standouts: 1.
