All the way boss is excellent person, you will find a rare persons like him , he doesn't act as boss he act as a colleague, he creates excellent environment like cool breeze in hot summer

i don't have any comments, but in every organization as you know a very few people who don't want to work but try to capture boss attention

I have been in Syrainfotek since its birth, i have seen its up and down, but now its 762/5000, itself show how fast its been developed and grown

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

_Lessons Learned from 1.3 Years of Remote Work_ 1. Separate friendship and professional work to maintain professionalism. 2. Keep career decisions and sensitive information confidential. 3. Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
