Good working environment Great team Management supports and respects employees and they are great mentors personally No pressure if you work on time Company follows work hard party hard kinda thing I wish all the best to the team

I don't think I will ever say these kind of words towards any company but I have no dislikes when it comes to synedyne systems its the best time in my professional life. But I do have a suggestion they can improve HR policies.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
