Delay in Salary almost every month. Management staff is very irresponsible and careless. No Job security especially for freshers. No cab and other facility. No other funds and medical facilities. Delay in sales incentive. No US holidays and only very few indian holidays and if you wanna use your EL then it is very hard to take. Even if you have enough EL remaining. They always denied and don't approve leaves easily....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Work environment is great. Supportive seniors, specifically Siddharth basu the best person in the company. One thing I didn't like much is management, no work distribution.
